Each report contains a finding-by-finding breakdown of your drawing package checked against the applicable zoning bylaw. Every finding cites the exact bylaw subsection, states what the drawing shows vs. what the bylaw requires, and recommends an action. No vague warnings — every item is traceable.

Expeditors manage the submission process — Flowstation catches compliance issues before submission. They complement each other. We review your drawings against the bylaw and produce a documented pre-check. An expeditor can then submit a cleaner package with fewer revision cycles.

The Permit Agent is our upcoming AI coordination layer.
